How are we serving the community first? Black Onyx Management is a management consulting company and public benefit corporation that will be advocating for the Black community throughout this journey. We are identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) that will hold us accountable to our goals and the community.

The overarching goal is to make Indianapolis a better place to live, work and do business. We believe that diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is a corporate responsibility. Therefore, Indy Accompliceship is not just a DEI program. Our plan will be breaking down silos and integrating corporate social responsibility (CSR), DEI, procurement, HR, finance and marketing & sales efforts as a cross-functional and community collaboration.

This is a head, heart and hands effort. By design, the logo is bright and bold. The heart and unity fist represents love and solidarity. Your heart must be at the center of this effort to make real change. The love fist is circled by four arcs that dually represent the spokes of Monument Circle and the four pillars of the pledge that will help guide companies through their allyship/accompliceship journey. We’re looking for 100 corporations that want to take action, get out of their comfort zones, and bring equitable changes and outcomes to Indianapolis.
